the 2,000 square foot dry storage and preparation space is an architectural dream brimming with beauty and natural light.
The commercial kitchen is fully equipped with vulcan ovens, 10-burner gas ranges, gas griddle, commercial mixer, and ice machine. cold storage is available in commercial refrigerators and freezers. A space for packaging and labeling adds additional functionality for local food producers. restroom facilities are conveniently Located on site. reservations are required.

The commercial kitchen is surrounded by the flower farm highlighting the beauty of nature and organic roots of being a local food producer.
an outside gathering space in the patio GARDEN can be separately reserved for food related events and farmers markets. The COTTAGE GARDEN will accommodate 200 guests OUTDOORS.

The commercial kitchen hub can be reserved for local food production. Available hours are Monday through Thursday
6:00am - 12:00am by reservation only.

Scheduled reservations of the Honey Hill Commercial Kitchen Hub include use of the commercial kitchen for food production, use of the cold and dry storage areas for food storage, and use of the packaging & labeling area for preparing food products for distribution. IN THE FIFTY ACRE WOOD
Honey Hill is located in the piney woods of East Texas under the wide-open sky on a bountiful fifty acre tree farm with two natural ponds. It is secluded from the bustle of the city, although just a few minutes drive to the heart of town. It is truly a piece of heaven on earth. It is conveniently located between Longview, Diana, and Gilmer, Texas, off of HWY 259 and FM 1650.
